Shabu Shabu House! A nice place for dining and gathering!

I was invited by my friend to join their review activity. Never knew got such a nice place~

As you can see from the picture there are many customers. Good business~

The decoration in the shop is in japanese style~ as you know Shabu Shabu is from Japan.

Shabu-shabu (しゃぶしゃぶ , also spelled syabu-syabu^?) is a Japanese variant of hot pot. The name shabu-shabu is derived from the "swish swish" sound of cooking the meat in the pot. The dish is related to sukiyaki in style, in that both use thinly sliced meat and vegetables and are usually served with dipping sauces, but it is considered to be more savory and less sweet than sukiyaki. It is considered a winter dish, but is eaten year-round.

They provide Chicken Broth, Milk Base and Tom Yum soup. Milk base soup is one of their signature soup and it taste yummy! The 2nd signature soup will be Tom Yum soup. It has a clear surface without the chilis oil but when you taste it.. (My first action was coughing!) The taste is so spicy to me, I can feel the spiciness in my throat until stomach. Try it if you like spicy food!

They provide variety of meats such as Pork, Chicken, Lamb, Beef and Venison. All are thinly sliced. For meats you have to order from the person in charge. The meat slice is so thin you just have to hold the meat with chopstick for few seconds and it is ready to be served!
